The Cross Country Course covers 6Km of
beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, near St Albans and incorporates 30-intro size
and style fences with sand take off and landings, including ditches,
banks and water as well as affording access to a number of well kept
local Bridleways.
The Course is open for riders all the year
round, every day, early till late - just arrive, sign in and
pay! £15 per horse,
special rates for groups, or even better become an annual member and
use the course as often as you like.
Coursers Livery Stables consist of 30
excellent, large, airy, automatically watered stables, a Horse
Walker & a 40m x 20m floodlit
Ménage plus an in-field jumping area and free use of the Cross
Country Course. There
are 11-railed paddocks of various sizes surrounding the yard, which
has ample parking, toilets and a hospitality room.
To ensure maximum security, the site has an
automatic coded access gate, the Tack Room is alarmed and security
gates are locked each night.
Sharon
Symons, who manages the yard, has 25 years experience and BHS II
qualifications and lives on site.
Livery is offered from DIY to the full
package. Lessons are only available to our livery customers.
All of these facilities are within 18 miles
of Marble Arch, but outside the Low Emissions Zone, with first class
access to the A1, M1, M25 and A414.
